Position Overview

Areas of Responsibility: Define specific, permanent areas that requires the role holder to be responsible for taking decisions, delivering results or carrying out a significant amount of activity

Position Overview: 
Person shall be responsible for meeting all the walk-in customers and related MIS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting existing/new customers, understand their issues, offer them comfortable sitting place.
  • Arrangement of their Tea/Coffee/Snacks etc
  • Understanding and noting down their concerns/queries and discuss the same with concerned departmental RM’s or if required with departmental head
  • Maintain related database/ MIS for regular follow-up till closer of their issues.
  • Data maintenance on CRM related soft wares/ ERP / Reports etc

Desired Skillset

Job Requirements: State threshold proficiency/education, qualifications, training and experience necessary to enable and perform the job fully and effectively. (This might not necessarily be the same as the current job holder)
Academic Qualification Any Hospitality Graduate / MBA with Customer Relation Mgmt exposure
Relevant Experience Proven experience (Minimum 2 Years) in CRM functions
Technical Skills & Knowledge Proficiency in MS- Office, Good Personality with excellent communication skills both written & verbal

 

Operating Network: Provide the key working relationships/routine contacts the job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the organization to accomplish job and the reason for these interactions
