Position Overview

Areas of Responsibility: Define specific, permanent areas that requires the role holder to be responsible for taking decisions, delivering results or carrying out a significant amount of activity

Position Overview:
Person shall be responsible for making telephonic calls to all the potential customers and ensure their visits to Sales Gallery, maintain their database / related MIS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily callings to all the potential customers as per provided leads database
  • Maintain their database / update status report/ related MIS
  • In consultation with TL, divide the list of such customers to respective RM’s
  • Track and update records of such potential customers till the time their bookings got registered
  • Data maintenance on Sales related soft wares/ ERP / Reports etc

Desired Skillset

Job Requirements: State threshold proficiency/education, qualifications, training and experience necessary to enable and perform the job fully and effectively. (This might not necessarily be the same as the current job holder)
Academic Qualification Any Graduate / with Customer Calling exposure
Relevant Experience Proven experience (Minimum 2 Years) in Sales /CRM functions
Technical Skills & Knowledge Proficiency in MS- Office, with excellent communication skills both written & verbal

 

Operating Network: Provide the key working relationships/routine contacts the job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the organization to accomplish job and the reason for these interactions
